A monthly process to maintain profitability discipline under changing network conditions.

Execution Sequence
- Recompute profitability with updated difficulty and energy assumptions.
- Compare realized share quality to expected baseline.
- Identify cost leaks from downtime, rejects, orphan block risk exposure, or bad difficulty settings.
- Prioritize one improvement per review cycle and measure result.
