1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MySoloPool ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

MySoloPool LTC+DOGE is a Litecoin and Dogecoin merged-mining (AuxPoW) solo pool on the Scrypt algorithm, allowing miners to mine solo while sharing pool infrastructure. When a block is found, the miner who contributed the winning share receives the block reward, less the pool fee described below.

• The Service charges a 20% fee on the Litecoin block reward and 0% on merge-mined Dogecoin
• Litecoin rewards are paid directly to the Litecoin address used as the mining username, and Dogecoin rewards are paid to the matching Dogecoin address
• No registration or account creation is required
• The Service operates on a best-effort basis

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have legal authority to mine Litecoin and Dogecoin in their jurisdiction
• Using a valid Litecoin address that they control for mining
• Maintaining the security of their mining equipment and network
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Block Rewards and Payouts

Block rewards are automatically sent to the Litecoin address (and the matching Dogecoin address for merge-mined DOGE) specified in the mining username when a block is found. The Service does not hold funds, and all rewards are paid directly to miners. Users acknowledge that block discovery is probabilistic and not guaranteed.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

MySoloPool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or mining rewards, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior. Users may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting their miners.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
